We are pleased to welcome Sara Nielsen Bonde as Skaftfells artist in residence. Bonde (b. 1992) S?nderborg DK, studied at S?nderjyllands Kunstskole in Denmark and at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm where she received her masters degree in 2019. She studied as an exchange student in Norway at the Academy of Arts in Troms? and at Listah?sk?li ?slands, in Reykjavik IS.
Bondes work is sculptural where she works with installations in outdoor environments. She is interested in how materials move between being conditioned by nature, culture and industry. In recent years, Bonde has completed several permanent installations in Sweden.
