When T\u00f3ti was introduced to painting in 2009, he did not wait to be handed a paint brush but started applying paint to canvas using pieces of paper. This same intensity has characterised his practice, where he immerses himself into the canvas without thought or intention. Abstract landscapes and figures appear without notice as a result of profound concentration.
