Three films and compositions about Icelandic impressions and clichés. You see everyday things that imitate natural and geological actions in miniature scale. The change of night and day, fog and stormy eruptions are shown by a light switch, a cooking wok pan and a strawberry shake. On the other hand you hear original recordings from Iceland, electronically modified and combined with synthetic sounds.

Julia Wenz (visual artist) and Christian Eickhoff (sound engineer and musician) working together in the field of audio-visual media. They are based in Stuttgart, Germany.
