After almost 10 years of running Skaftfell Bistro with great success the team of Hotel Aldan has now decided to pass the baton to Haukur Óskarsson. We’re looking forward to working with Haukur and are convinced that he will continue the story of the Bistro in the best possible way. We would like to thank our friends at Hotel Aldan for taking such good care of this unique art house bistro for so many years. A very special thanks to all bistro staff who kept an eye on our exhibitions. Thank you all for your contributions to the idea of Skaftfell, and a warm welcome to Haukur!
