Friday – Sunday, 27- 29th. of March, at the Bookshop – Projectspace. The exhibition PRESENTATION shows the result of the artists two months residency in Seyðisfjörður. Welcome at the opening Friday the 27th. at 20:00 where the artist additionally will introduce some of the considerations he had during the working process. Saturday and Sunday the exhibition will open from 11:00-15:00. The work of visual artist Cai Ulrich von Platen (born 1955) encompasses painting, sculpture, installation, photography and video. Call for artists for a shared residency

Due to cancellation the Skaftfell Residency Program now has an opening this coming April and May for artists to apply and come with short notice ! The residency available is a shared residency at Norðurgata in the old part of town and the flat will be shared with one other artist. The flat has two private bedrooms, bathroom with shower/bath, kitchen, a living room area with some studio/working facilities and wireless internet. The residency fee is 360 pr. month.
