Geiri’s house, the former home of native artists Ásgeir Jón Emilsson at Oddagata 4c, graces Skaftfell’s greeting card. Geiri was creatively compulsive and decorated his house with great care. His story is unique and today the house stands as a testimony of the social conditions of hearing impairment in the past.
