Authors train 2015

The annual Authors train will stop at Seydisfjordur Saturday November 28. The reading will be begin at 20.30 sharp in the exhibition space. Five authors will read from their newly published books, in Icelandic: Idunn Steinsdottir,Jon Gnarr, Kristin Helga Gunnarsdottir, Sigurjon Bergthor Dadason and Smari Geirsson. A few Eastern poets and translators will accompany the train: Asgeir hvitaskald, David Thor Jonsson, Sigga Lara Sigurjonsdottir, Sigurlaug Gunnarsdottir, Unnur Sveinsdottir and Hogni Pall Hardarson. Admission is 1.000 kr., 500 kr. for children and elderly.

Linda Persson is a Swedish artist / filmmaker and a returning Artist-in-Residence at Skaftfell. Throughout my practice language has played a central role.
